AUCTION EXPECTATIONS

*All attendees and anyone viewing auction cars MUST be signed in at the Carl's Towing Front Office. You must be Registered as a Bidder to Enter The Yard. (Resellers must provide Proof of Resale Status  at Registration)


*Vehicles must be paid for IMMEDIATELY after the auction.


*Customers purchasing vehicles from the Auction have 24 hours to  REMOVE purchased vehicles from Carl's Towing premises.


*Due to the THEFT of keys from the auction vehicles, bidders are no longer allowed to sit in or start the vehicles. 


*Customers cannot work on, modify or repair purchased vehicles on Carl’s Towing Property. 


*Vehicles left on Carl's Towing property after 24 hours will be  impounded  at the expense of the person who purchased the car at auction.


*Carl's Towing property is a Smoke-Free Zone - no smoking or vaping allowed on premises before, during, or after the auction. 


*Did you lose your AVR from a previous Auction? Replacement AVR's cost $35 cash upfront to process, and require 24-48 hours to process and notarize.
