AUCTION EXPECTATIONS

*All attendees and anyone viewing auction cars MUST be signed in at the Carl's Towing Front Office. You must be Registered as a Bidder to Enter The Yard.


*Vehicles must be paid for IMMEDIATELY after the auction.


*Customers purchasing vehicles from the Auction have 24 hours to remove purchased vehicles. 


*Due to the THEFT of keys from the auction vehicles, bidders are no longer allowed to sit in or start the vehicles.


*Customers cannot work on, modify or repair purchased vehicles on Carl’s Towing Property. 


*Vehicles left on Carl's Towing property after 24 hours will be impounded at the expense of the person who purchased the car at auction.


*Carl's Towing property is a Smoke-Free Zone - no smoking or vaping allowed on premises before, during, or after the auction.
